Tuna Sandwich? Chicken Sandwich? OH... Xunantunich!

A few days ago we went to the Mayan Ruins, "Xunantunich to be exact. I learned a bit about the history of " Xunantunich"! It was a Mayan Village 6,000- 7,000 years ago! The reasons the Mayans left is still unknown but there are many explanations. I ran all the way to the top well maybe a quarter way, but i kept stopping for My Mom and Tina. Eventually I made it to the top, it was 135 ft tall! That's deffinently a few feet. We had lots of fun and hope to do it again next trip!

Liam and Erin have left the building!

Earlier this week Liam and Big Erin left San Pedro to return to Canada, when they were here we had lots of fun, we wents snorkeling, on a catamaran and even just hung out at the hotel they were staying at. It sucked to see them go but we'll be returning soon too!

Earlier this week we hit a catamaran sunset cruise. we saw a beautiful orange full moon rise and had a blast. On the whole boat there was about 40 people and 3 kids; Sam, Liam and Myself. are going to hit annother cruise towards the end of february. After the cruise Sam and I hit the pool at Coconuts, while Laurie watched her friends play some music and my mom dancing like a weirdo. We had fun, it was great!

Hair-pulling mokeys, Wild Jaguar, and talking birds...

For the past couple of days i have been hanging out on the mainland with Taylor, Heather, and My Mom on a resort called "Banana Bank Lodge", it was in the middle of nowhere, in the jungle. They had a HUGE swimming pool, a horse ranch, 2 spider monkeys, many birds that liked to say "hello" alot(mostly parrots), ab baby crocodile, a deer,and a jaguar. It was like a miniture zoo. we had lots of fun, we met many new people. I made friends with a someone named Chris my age. He moved here from Connecticut 1 year ago. My Mom is friends with His Mom, Debra. My Mom and the rest of them got to come to the resort a day earlier than me because the day we were leaving to go we were in a big rush and my backpack with all of my clothes unfortunently fell off the golf cart on our way, but luckily i got to fly over the next day with Francis. At the resort Taylor, Chris and I went horseback riding in the rainforest, boy was that fun!We all had a blast and hopefully we will be able to go back to Banana Bank soon!

The Coral Reef...

Recently Heather, My Mom, Taylor and I got to experience The Coral Reef. We saw many fish and other sea creatures like lobsters and crabs. My mom saw a stingray, Heather saw a shark and Taylor and I saw a few smaller things. We thought the Reef was great. We plan to go visit Hol Chan, a big area where there are HUGE fish and sharks. After the Reef we came home and watched a few movies then fell asleep because we were exhausted! We can't wait for next time!

At The Animal Hospital...

Recently Taylor and I volunteered at The San Pedro Animal Hospital. Taylor was very excited because she wants to be a vet when she grows up. Being there was a great experience, we saw a little dog get neutered and we met a few of the dogs there, there was Gabi, King, Pete, Kuda and a little kitty that unfortunently had to be put down because it had a block in it's bladder and couldn't "go". But I suppose it was the best thing for it. Taylor and I do think we will return to the Animal Hospital again.
